LAKELAND | If Lakeland Christian School girls soccer goalie Lydia Cagle had a cellphone in her pocket during the game Wednesday night, she could have texted a few friends.
The Vikings’ defense held Windermere Prep to just two shots – one each half – during their entire 6-0 victory over the Lakers in the Class 1A quarterfinals at Vikings Stadium.
“She (Cagle) always gives me glares when we’re in situations like this,” Lakeland Christian head coach Jason Streets said. more
